I made a withdrawal to an account that had been closed the bank said the money would have went back to the casino I have been in the chat several times chasing up my money but they keep brushing me off telling me my issue has been escalated to the payments team I’m starting to wonder if I will get my $400 back I hope you can help

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Unfortunately, if you requested a withdrawal to an incorrect or nonexisting bank account, it can take a few business days for the transaction to be returned back to the original sender (the casino in this case). Furthermore, I am sure you understand that this is not the casino's mistake as they simply processed the transaction to the bank account you personally chose.

Could you please clarify when exactly you requested this withdrawal and why you tried to withdraw funds to an already closed bank account?
