The player from Australia had reported a delay in his withdrawal process which had exceeded the usual 24-hour timeframe. Despite the casino's live chat having stated the process might take 3-5 business days, the player had been dissatisfied as his previous experiences with the casino had always resulted in a maximum of 6 hours for withdrawals. The issue was resolved when the player received his money. We then marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

im having withdrawal problems with them. They meant to be 24 hours withdrawal. And i requested withdrawal on thursday 11/01/24 and still havent recieved it and its 16/01/24. Their live chat ks useless and its really frustrating trying to get them to pay

Actually im from australia not new zealand, yes my account is verified and it was with real money. I spoke to them last night and they said 3-5 business days. But thats not good enough the only reason i play with them is because their withdrawals usually take 6 hours max. I have bills to pay and im broke. They have always paid within 6 hours even if it was weekend. But now all of a sudden they have delayed since the 11/01/24
