Hi not sure if I’m the right place but I was advised to contact you as the casino of (royareels5.com) is not paying me out my withdrawals. As you can see from the images attached below. I have tried and tried keep being told to upload bank statements after bankstatemwnts and than the chat just gets closed and won’t hear anything back. I will also attach my bank statements to show the funds never entered my account. Now I have put in well I’ve 15k in the past money into this site… I would like to try and get some of my money back if not all of it!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Since when is the withdrawal pending? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Yes the account has been edifies for over 1 year. I didn’t use any bonus’s it was all real money. The withdrawal was processed on the 22nd of may

I spoke to them today they are saying that there’s nothin they can do won’t even call me, they are saying to wait but saying the longest wait time is 7 days bussiness days but it’s been 2 weeks
