I have been banned and I am unsure why! I have a screenshot of what it says when I log in. I am unable to deposit or play any games and when I contact them to ask about the issue they send me this message and then close the chat.

I have no idea what chargeback is and I has asked them to inform me of the issue so I can get this problem rectified but they just close the chat instantly after the message is sent. What can I do!?? This is ridiculous. If this is an issue with my bank for an unrecognised transaction that’s out of my control. But I can fix the issue if I’m understanding correctly and raise an inquiry with the bank to void this happening again. This is ridiculous. I got no heads up, no contact, just banned.

It matters because as long as you had no real money balance left on your casino account, they have the right to close it without any reason given and it is entirely their decision to do so and nobody can do anything against it.

It is exactly how it works as if you had no balance the casino has no more obligation to the player. The complaint will be now rejected for the above explained reason.
