The player from Germany has been trying to withdraw their winnings since March. We accidentally published two complaints about the same issue, therefore we were forced to reject this one.
I've been waiting for the payout since March 20th, 2022 and am always put off that it still has to be checked and that could take a while ... the 7-21 days have long passed and I still have no payout
