I've spent thousands on this casino and I finally won £5000 pounds. They still haven't paid me. I did receive £500 previously in December when I won but they are not releasing my money for reasons unknown. Is there any way I can get my winnings paid

December 16th I made a withdrawal request of £500 which was paid to my bank account without any problems. On February 15th I made a request for £5000 which I won without an active bonus and all it says is pending. I've contacted support and I get no answers


I have passed verification process. My account is fully verified
