The delay had been due to a technical issue that caused the initial transaction to expire. After the player's KYC verification was successfully completed, the casino asked him to repeat the withdrawal request. The casino confirmed that the withdrawal of Can$300 was successfully completed. The player confirmed that the issue had been resolved.

Hello, I have been having trouble getting my $300 withdraw from this casino my account was fully verified through KYC and then when I went to withdraw they wanted further verification which I have sent to them over and over again with still no luck. I’ve attached all my documents that were approved through KYC verification. As you can see they’re legitimate and my account was already verified. It seems like just a run around that has turned into a headache. I would like this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
