The player's deposit was not credited for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I deposited €86 via bank transfer yesterday, but the money was not credited to my account. I also sent a copy of the bank transfer to support yesterday. Until today 10:45 no money in my account, in the transaction overview the posting "disappeared". Even today only excuses from the support that the "finance department would report after everything has been checked".
An absolute cheek is that when I asked what else needs to be checked in times of electrnic banking, the support said that I had violated the rules and simply closed the chat. I guess my money is gone!

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Please note, since you have used bank transfer method, sometimes the delays may cause due to bank working days and working schedule.
To prevent such cases in the future, I suggest you to use SEPA Instant as a transfer method.
