I deposited $30 using my visa credit card. I played 3x my deposit so I wagered $90. When I tried to withdraw I didn't get the option to withdraw back to my credit card. So I tried one of the other options, but it said I needed to contact customer service. I spoke with a rep and they told me I needed to deposit again through etransfer and to wager that entire amount 3x in order to withdraw money I've already won. They refuse to let me withdraw otherwise.

I want to confirm. My initial deposit of $30 using my visa which i wagered 3x is now $70. I am ineligible to be withdraw this $70 using interac because I used my visa to deposit it. However, if I make a new deposit of $30 using interac I can subsequently withdraw $100 without wagering a single time. Is this what you are saying?

No it will still just be a deposit. If the casino specifically asked you to make a deposit with a new method, it serves only for the verification. Your first deposit would verify the method you used during that deposit not all of them.
