Hello,


Recently I opened a new account with Rolletto after self excluding myself previously. I was verified and able to deposit. Yet the moment I came to withdraw they wouldn’t allow me to. I won €5000 which I tried to (I have all screen shots to prove this). I also have screenshots of all else to show what they verified as the same.


I deposited in excess of €2000. I do not think it is correct that firstly they allow this to happen and secondly, if they do then they should have allowed for me to make a withdrawal without prevention. This is clearly a way to manipulate and take advantage of problem gamblers.

Could you please advise since when are you self excluded in the casino? Can you please specify the date of the deposit, finished verification and the void of balance? Did the casino refunded your deposit since they closed your account?

Hi there Nick. I continued to follow up with my complaint directly with Rolletto. They have reconsidered their initial response and have now paid back in full.


I am satisfied with this outcome. Thank you for coming back to me and this case is now closed.
