Hello, On October 3, more than 3 weeks I can not withdraw my money. They told me that my account is under investigation and will last up to 6 months. My account has been verified. I have not used bonuses. I made 2 withdrawals for a total of €730 before my account was frozen. Last time I deposited 200eu and made it 884 euros. I read about many people on the internet who are in my situation. This is not good for such a well-rated bookie in guru. Could you help me please?

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Is your account also blocked or you just can't withdraw your balance? Did you use any bonus with your last deposit? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account has been verified since I first registered it a couple months ago. I can log into my account, but I can't deposit or withdraw money. I didn't use any bonuses on my last deposit. I last wrote to a person whose name was the Manager on October 10th. He told me that my account was under investigation and that it would take up to 6 months. I wrote to him that I will complain that they want to steal my money. I also have screenshots of the conversation with the manager.

There is no update since the last one. I don't think there will be an answer soon, if ever. Even if they give me the money in 6 months, this does not correspond to the rating you have set. I could post a complaint on askgamblers.com, but I also wanted this site to let people see what kind of scammers they are. See the rating in askgamblers.com and specifically for this boy - https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/rolletto-casino-rolletto-scamming-me-for-14000 . It is not normal for a site with such a rating to have so many complaints and especially for withdrawals which is the most important part for bettors.
