My account has been verified since I first registered it a couple months ago. I can log into my account, but I can't deposit or withdraw money. I didn't use any bonuses on my last deposit. I last wrote to a person whose name was the Manager on October 10th. He told me that my account was under investigation and that it would take up to 6 months. I wrote to him that I will complain that they want to steal my money. I also have screenshots of the conversation with the manager.
