I have an account with Rolletto and account was fully verified. I made my first withdraw request on 14.nov.2022 and account was immidiatly blocked and withdrawal rejected. I got an email that my account is under investigation but no further information was provided why. It has now been more than 2 months since i requested a withdraw, but they provide no answer. I read from other complaints and reviews that they are related to some other bookmakers like Mystake and Freshbet and Goldenbet who all have started to reject withdraws. Do you have any information on them? Do i have hope to get my money back at some point?

Could you please advise which games you played in the casino? (slots, live games, multiplayer) Did you accumulate your winnings with or without using bonuses?

i usually use slots and betting, but i have never used any bonuses, so my withdraw hasn't got any restrictions. They just restict an account if you want to withdraw money from them. Fully verified account and without any issues for months, but just as requesting a withdraw...block.

??? A joke? Over 70days have passed since i requested a withdraw with fully verified account and you blocked my account and no answer about anything. Casinoguru can you do something or how can i legally defend myself against this scam? Basically they now have stolen all my money and after 70days they just say "As soon as we have news, we will update you immediately". Same pattern with other customers complaints against their other platforms as well. Santeda International B.V. seems to be their main business name. Complaints from here against their platforms and from other forums and reviews all have same thing. Person wants to withdraw first time, they block account and not answering any questions and noone gets any money back. Casinoguru, i really hope you can do something about it.

I'm afraid we must have some sort of a statement first in order to proceed. So far, we don't know much about the case. From our experience, sometimes the investigations take longer, but two weeks should be enough to get a clear statement especially if you've been waiting for two months already.

Do you really believe there is an investigation if they do this to everyone who tries to withdraw money from any of Santeda International B.V. platforms`? They clearly don't have money to pay out to customers. No withdraws allowed, only deposits. At some point legal action must be taken because if we wait another 2 months they could be dismantled and no money left for customers to get back.

Don't i deserve an explanation of what i am "investigated" on? It has been almost 3 months since i tried to withdraw and you blocked my account and no answer whatsoever during that time. This is ridicilous. You can't just take customers money without an explanation and just steal it.

Based on the evidence provided it seems that your issue is sports betting-related. If this is the case, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you. As we don’t have a branch dealing with sports betting yet and enough insight to take on this kind of dispute or judge it appropriately.

Can you at least send me the so called "evidence" they sent you or at least tell what seems to be the problem because rolletto doesn't say anything to me. For me i just see that they blocked my account when i wanted to make my first withdraw and no reason is being provided. I only see that they steal my money without a reason. And it has been 3 months of silence. And also to who can i turn to now if you can't help me to get my money back? What other website or institution or legal entity can help me`? I can't just let them steal my money.
