I deposited into this casino on February 6, 2021, I even managed to win with a bonus that day that was NOT LOCKED (No sticky bonus) so I canceled the bonus when I thought I would get out. The check was relatively fast in 1 day I had then came the problem the days passed 02/07/2021, nothing 20/02/2020 nothing, on 02/09/2021 but something happened that disappeared my money completely picture also I attach there is a 02/02/2021 .- status when the payment was still in progress and there is a 2021.0.09.- status when my money was canceled and it was not even returned to the internal casino account and it was not paid out. I contacted the chat several times but they kept talking to me to wait for an email today is the 7th day of this but nothing happens. I add up about € 83 in winnings.
