As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Hi, I would like to submit a complaint about my withdrawal has been significantly delayed by the Rockwin casino. On their website and according to the info they have provided, it normally take about 24 hours to process the withdrawal request from their financial department. I have been waiting for 4 days and still did not ge approve. I have passed on the queries to their service department, but they just gave me a lip service and asked me to wait. They could not give me any clear timeline when will my withdrawal can be approved. This behaviour makes me start worrying about the safety of my money in this casino. I hope my withdrawal requests can be approved and processed as soon as possible.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
