I would like some help resolving a current issue I am having with rocket play regarding the weekly cashback offer. I deposited $1880 AUD within the last week all of which was only cash deposit no bonus. As a result I only recieved $9 cash back. I’ve tried to get an explanation on how this is possible and get now where. I was looking forward to a generous cash back due to the deposit amount and as I did not win any money or withdraw any money how can $9 be correct please can I have some assistance. I don’t usually deposit this much but as I have it has hurt me financially surely this can’t be correct
