Hello :)

 

I'm new at the casino and love to play my favourite game "Moon Princess". I didn't use a bonus.

 

I made multiple deposits (arround 1.300€ in total) and then I got lucky and won a little. I want to withdrawl 1.500€ via Skrill (made all deposits via Skrill) and now I'm waiting for 4 days. The support told me after registration, all withdrawls are processed withing a 48hours timeframe.

 

Now they're telling me they're having "slight technical difficulties". I'm really upset that I need to wait for my money this long. Please help me out.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still if you don’t receive your winnings by Wednesday next week, please, let us know and we will try to help you.
