I got to talk to someone today and this is what they said i need to open a Bitcoin to with draw as it takes to long the other way but when I open one that I did not want to do as don’t know how to do it it still says I can not withdraw

Dear Colin,

A Bitcoin address, or simply address, is an identifier of 26-35 alphanumeric characters, beginning with the number 1, 3 or bc1 that represents a possible destination for a bitcoin payment. 

To withdraw money to your Bitcoin wallet, you need to put in the Bitcoin address field not your e-mail address, but the address of your Bitcoin Wallet.

Hello Colin,

You can find your Bitcoin Cash (BCH) or Bitcoin (BTC) address for receiving payments into your Bitcoin.com wallet by tapping "Receive on the bottom toolbar of your wallet. Your address will be the long string of numbers and letters directly below the QR code for that address.
