A player from the UK (username Lovelly1984) had made multiple self-exclusion requests but all of them were removed by the casino. The casino also added some free funds to player's account and when the player asked for account reopening the casino did it instantly. The player wanted to withdraw the rest of their funds but only Bitcoin method was available so it seemed impossible for the player to make a withdrawal at all. The mediator tried to contact the casino but received no response back.
