The player from Germany has requested a withdrawal more than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
On 12/21/2022 I requested a payout of €1000.
My profile was verified and I've withdrawn many times with no problems and it never took longer than 1-3 business days.
On 12/23/2022 I received an email that Rigged.com will cease operations on 12/30/2022 and from this point in time all remaining cash account balances will be paid out within 5 working days.
The casino is now closed and I can no longer access my profile. Contact with the support takes place via e-mail, but unfortunately only reassuring and sporadic answers are given, with no clear statements as to when you will receive your money.
The deadline has expired and I've been waiting for the payout for over 2 weeks now.
I can provide screenshots/screen recordings of the withdrawal requests and the profile if required. Also the contact
with the support was documented and saved as a mail.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Especially, if the casino closes its business, please understand that it will take a bit longer to process payouts for all the remaining players. Knowing that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Im already wating more than 14 days, and the casino assured to pay out within 5 days from the 30.12.2022 and its still not processed.
Should i send you the Mail Converstation with Casino Support and all relevant screenshots?

Also i think its helpful if a representative of Gammix/Rigged would join this thread.
I just want to quickly add, that rigged.com sent me a mail a few minutes ago that the 1000€ is on the way. As soon as i recieve it i will close this thread.
