However, the casino managed to issue a payment via an alternative payment method. Hey There, I decided to write this complain because the situation that im in its Just Unreal for Any Casinos , like they say to calling it as " RARE CASE"

So First time when I chatted with them to make deposit Via Usdt trc They Told me that the deposit would be instant or normaly like it is if u are depositing with the Cryptocurrency.

The Deposit and the transaction was on their wallet 5 min later, but they told me that they dont have it right now and i should wait . If the deposit not gonna be in their "System" in 72 Hours , I have to back and ask again for the respond on this case....

Was waiting for like 6 days to get anwser that They fInally find My Transaction ( I already sended them any needed info to vericate it where its goes exacly but ... whatever...)


Its not time for Review of the Casino but its about the Withdraw.


I withdrawed 200 USDT TRC (the method that i deposited from same wallet ) 11.03.2023 And their Instant Withdraw after approval of 72hours "WAS MADE" 3 days later.

Its in """""" Because I Didnt get an Withdraw on my Cryptowallet,

I Send them many mails about this situation , Spend lots of time on Lc to get some information. I Ask for TrxId with Info About the whole process. One of the people from LC "Marry" Told me that she send to them request for TxId and ill get info soon.

yeahhhh right..

In Few days later I ask again and:


another one Told me that they already made the payment to my wallet but has no any information about thet I guess it was "BRIAN"|

Another one which i dont remember what how he was Called :

Told me that he got information that the finance department has a problem with TRC 20 (XDDDD) And they had to fix that, but i have to wait for an update.


There is also One LC that is "more helpful with more powers i guess"

ED. The guy who is fighting in my name and sending to them Request with Priority . And this is only 2 first weeks.

Right now, i have send them 17 Mails without anwser on my Questions , they are not responding and they dont care about PRIORITY CASE WHEN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT does something Wrong?

This situation is unreal. I have spend nearly every night to "Push" this case to the End and let them do what they "****edup"without any problems and complains like this one. But already im waiting over 1 month from Deposit to Withdraw my Winnings that was made by them 3 days after i Requested for withdraw.

This Casino is a joke and even if i wishing and hoping that they are not fake Casino and let them try to fix the problem , they are acting like thiefs and telling you , that is a BIG COMPANY that has MANY other Casinos and they dont care what their Own TEAM is trying to fix this situation , apologyzing for Delay ! DELAY OVER 1 MONTH!


In past 1 Month I got|


EVERY Chat with LC that was made between register date - Till now

Screenshots of the Mails and the whole processs of "INSTANT DEPOSIT " and also "Instant BONUS included to FiRst DEPOSIT that i got in another week of the deposit , because of reasons that are not real to even imagination....

-Mails that include the whole Process of making with people fools

when u are waiiting for anwser for 1 mail and u getting update in few hour( like was saying One of them LC ) about NEW PROMOTION THAT IS ONLY FOR FEW HOURS TO GET THE DEPOSIT BONUS"


Im really patience guy, wearing Hope on my chest, that their gonna be a Fair Company and they would change something in this SHIT reputation, because since i was sitting there for a while, i started to fell that I already know Every LC There like a someone from my nearest envoirement. LC maybe is friendly, and u feeling that is another Person on the other Side, they know you already, and this is the Only PLUS that i found .


Its not funny for me anymore becuase these winnings would save my from many bad things that happened to me when i needed them....


Right now i need them even More, not just because im in Trouble, I need them because i want to feel that the time that i spend to get withdraw like a normal Client was not wasted and the justice will finally come to even them.


If u need any informations that would help you to Get my winnings finally be on the wallet where exacly should be, and u feel that you need the justice too, im there, Ill respond as fast as it possible, not in week ...

Yeah okey, so

This is my first withdrawal that was waggered with bonus that they gave me after deposit.

The bonus comes few days later because they were "experiencing" problem with adding it while depositing and the way to obtain the whole bonuses that they offered me with the first deposit was also so horrible too.

Many requests ( from my side ) to claim them was made via chat, mails has been done in few days since the deposit finally arrived to them , and because they cannot add them manually , the finance departament has to add it by them selfs (never saw the practice like that anywhere)

Now about waggering :

You dont know exacly what was your wagger (even if it should be visable for players)

They told me that I have to ask about it via mail that they provide me (LOL) So after this rediculus anwser : i send a request for that because I knew that it should be done already , but the bonus remains bonus funds and it was not automaticly changed like they said when I ask for it.


I was waiting another few days to get respond from them and in the mail where they should send me actual wagger that I ask for , they send me info that the request is procced and they will let me know if they will check this information instead of sending me actuall wagger (LOLx2)

So I waited another few days (i have already used all of the bonus funds which was not waggered by me since it was not changing like it should be, but meanwhile. They also didnt added me bonus spins because of the problems that they had and was added after another many requests...

Finally they added the rest of bonus pack (Spins- not rest like was written in bonus info while depositing)

And these one was finally waggered because I waited for the moment with another request to check wagger few days and the winnings from them was instantly requested to payout.

I have ask for kyc but since it was by crypto i dont have to make verification and lc told told me that is No need to do that.


Then I have been waiting another 3-5 days for approve the request to withdraw and when the day finally comes( they have it in terms that the time for approving the payment is max 72h , it was also over the max time thst they had...)

So It finally changed status from waiting ro approve to payed out.


I ask lc many Times about more information of the withdraw that they made like tr info , when , from which walllet to wallet that the transaction was made , but every lc that I ask for it had diffrent anwser on it

They started lying in every possible way


Even that I knew that is gonna Look like hell to get the winnings , i still was waiting and coming back for update in my case.


1 Month is enough to Fixing the problems and update the PRIORITY CASE MADED by them selfs but as I ask for the update yesterday, there is No update yet and they are sry for DELAY.....


Ill upload the screens , videos of chat and mails later in one section , i have No possibility to do it right now but there will be clear info on any question that u want
