I requested a withdrawal on 23 aug. 2021, the account is fully verified but it is taking more than 2 weeks now and I don't hear anything. I really hope I get my money please help.


I have still €167 in my account left, I am waiting for my other withdrawal before I withdraw the other amount.

Could you please advise if you have have used any bonus money? When was the last time you heard from the casino? Hi Nick, I did not use any bonus. The last time I was in contact was about 2 days ago, every time they say they come back to me but already more than 5 workingdays past and still got no response so I had to contact the casino again. Everytime I hear the same story that they are having issues with the payment system but no solution.

The previous withdrawal was cancelled, I requested a new one of €335 using BTC. Lets see if that works, I don't have high hopes at the moment.. If they can process it I am happy ofcourse.

Update from my side, after the cancelation of the withdrawal I requested a new one. Now the payment is processed and I received the money. Issue is resolved.
