As this site already said, this casino is just a scam and waste of your time! I got free no deposit bonus which was 5 EUR, then I gambled in slots and won like 160-165 EUROS. When I approached the live support for helping me out in withdrawing, at first, they politely replied and listed the conditions for withdrawing, but 5 minutes later they are texting me that my account was permanently banned, because of breaking of Terms & Conditions. When I simply asked them what was the reason for banning me, they replied that they couldn't tell me what it was and I automatically logged out as I got banned. Don't play this scam and shitty casinos which is untrusted. Playing this was a waste of my time and I am happy that I didn't deposited anything.

I radeemed the bonus which was no deposit bonus earlier (5 EUROS). It was like 2 months ago. If I remember correctly it was registration bonus. And yes, I completed the account verfication successfully from my email and also from my phone number. That was the only bonus I activated in this casino. No promotions or nothing. Then I gambled these 5 EUROS in slots and I got the winnings (165 EUROS approximately). I don't think that ban was my fault. It was so weird. One moment they were polite to me and helped in every question and other moment they became cold and banned my pretty quickly. Only little doubt that I have that could possibly made them ban me is that my friend was also playing from my account sometimes. Also, did you get the screenshots I have sent? It was strange that they didn't tell me the exact reason for banning me.

I have checked general terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://richprize.com/p/terms-and-conditions:

I shared my login info to my friend, who is eligible to play casino games because he is 19 years old. Sometimes he was playing from his PC, sometimes I was playing from my PC and that was all. I mean, if it was the reason, why didn't they clarify that to me when I asked about it?

Dear Kaxa,

If you, and your friend, shared the same login information, there is nothing we can do for you. There’s an important principle that says, "ignorance of the law is no excuse". It means that you can’t defend your actions by arguing you didn’t know they were illegal or forbidden, even if you honestly did not realize you were breaking the rules. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing, to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
