The player's refund did not arrive and he is ignored by the casino. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and cooperate in resolving the complaint. There was no progress even two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

Hello,


This online casino, which is operating on a well known platform promised me to refund my deposits (out of goodwill).


But the refund has never received, and the online casino does ignore every email… and they have blocked me from the live chat. Also automatically blocked from the live chat of 18bet and CasinoWinBig, since they are highly likely connected to each other, or sharing the same management.

Could you please advise since when is your account blocked? Why did the casino promise you a refund - what happen exactly? How long have you been waiting for the refund? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Account blocked/closed on 26 August 2022.


27 August 2022 asked for KYC documents, 30 August 2022 documents accepted.


Refund promised on 30 August 2022, waiting since then. They do also say that the refund are gonna take 180 days, but I don’t believe that. I do think that’s only to let the chargeback right expire.


Several times trying to contact the support, no answer. And I do get blocked on the live chat.


Delasport, the platform where the site is running on does also not respond.


I don’t trust them at all now after this situation. They promise a lot, but don’t do anything afterwards. Nothing more then a scam in my opinion.


Also confronted them that RichKingCasino is using fake Pragmatic Play slots, I contacted Pragmatic Play, and Pragmatic Play contacted Rich King Casino and Delasport, they have removed the Pragmatic Play slots from their website RichKing Casino.

It has been sent.

It seems that they have now since today changed the live chat system for RichKing Casino so, that it looks like they are separated from 18bet and CasinoWinBig. They have also changed the way that they are hosted, you can now not see anymore that they are hosted on Delasport. Also according to WHOIS, is that since 6/12/2022 (the day that I did post here), so someone is trying their best to create a smoke screen. There is now Global Tech Markets showing. All evidence can be sent to you, if needed. But;


It are all very untrustworthy companies in my opinion, filed a complaint with Pragmatic Play because they are using fake slots of them. Pragmatic Play confirmed that, and contacted Delasport and RichKing Casino, some moments later RichKing Casino removed all Pragmatic Play slots.


The Delasport platform is getting used as casino platform for the mentioned sites with real slots that are licensed, and sites with fake slots and using fake license seals or no license seal.


The two sites are using Delasport their platform; I do have proof of that.

After mentioning that; they quickly changed department names of the live chat and blocked my IP address.


RichKingCasino is sharing highly likely the same management as 18bet and CasinoWinBig.


I would receive €600 deposits refund on the website CasinoWinBig.com (Green Team, or the new team: TM), received that after a lot of trouble.


On the website RichKingCasino.com (Black Team, or the new team: TC), where they are running fake slots and using a fake license, I would receive an deposits refund of 675 EUR within 180- days. That is only to let the chargeback period expire, and to sent no refund after that. I do read someone on the internet that has still no refund after 4 months!


They block me everytime from their live chat, and ofcourse when I do get blocked from their live chat at Rich King Casino, I'm automatically also not able anymore to start a live chat at Casino Win Big and 18bet licensed by the MGA (Shark77 Limited).


And Delasport, the casino platform where these sites are running on; they ignore everything. Every try with them failed, with no response.

Which makes them very suspicious in my opinion.


And Praxis Cashier, that is facilitating the cashier and payment process/transfer, they can also not do anything.


I hate placing an reviews like this, but there is no other way if they or their customer 1) ignore you, or 2) block your IP from their live chat, and 3) don't do what they promise, 4) are untrustworthy scammers that are using fake slots, and that decide to operate in forbidden countries and only paying customers when they are probably profitable for them.

In case the casino advised 180 days, it still have not passed. Also I do not find it strange that they have blocked you as that's what every casino do when somebody spam them with mails and messages. You will have to respect their refund policy and if the money would not arrive within the time frame they provided, further steps may be done.

Unfortunately, the player has not responded to our messages and questions. Consequently, we are unable to investigate further and have no choice but to reject this complaint.

The player can reopen this complaint at any time.

The complaint was reopened based on the player's request:


"The promised refund of 675 EUR which has the operator promised to me in August 2022, has still not been received. The casino does ignore every email, and it seems that they do also block me from their live chat. And recently, they have closed their website for visitors from the Netherlands. The 180- days period ended end February 2023…"

Dear Dutch22,

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
