The player from United States had her withdrawal sent to a wrong Bitcoin address. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

 After several weeks of filling out withdrawal papers, I made my 1st withdrawal $360.00. I was told by the Finance Department the Bank Wire Transfer was under maintenance, so they would send it to my Bitcoin. They wanted by BTC Bitcon Wallet hash/ID. I told them I was a newbie to Bitcoin and was clueless about what they wanted. The Finance Dept. emailed back and said, this is the number you gave us. It was a string of numbers & letters. Long story short: It was the WRONG hash/ID; therefore, the money did NOT reach my BTC Wallet. After many emails to my BTC Wallet, I found the correct Hash/Id, and sent it to Rich Palms, but they will not withdraw the original and deposit to the correct address. I am out of $360.00. I tried to contact their GAMING LICENSE, but found out, they do not have one! Please help me get my money. Thank you.
