I hit jackpot and they take it right back. When I call to to find out what the hell happened I get laughed at. They are stealing money. When u call for supervisor they do not let you speak to one. So unprofessional. Im going to to trash this poor excuse for a casino. Stealing from customers bc there ain't shit I can do from here.

Like what? Unfortunately my time machine is at the mechanic. I have nothing to lie about. If you can tell me anything I will do my best bc what happened felt really wrong and I want nothing more then to see Doris burn in hell and whoever is in charge to never get away with preying upon the ignorance of people.

Well I would but they blocked my acct. And no I said nothing about a charge back or whatever that phrase is. I called them out on what I felt was wrong and was told if I didn't like it I could leave and they kept my $37. Its really messed up.

I'm sure its highly unlikely. Its like the wild west with these people. I just hate the feeling of being wronged and not able to do jack about it. And to add insult to injury being locked out of my acct for making solid points in debating the issue. Taking what money I had left from the $800. Its vile

Is it possible for you to see your game history? Screenshot of it could be helpful. If you do not have this option, you can try to ask the Rich Palms Casino support to send it to you. How can I see that when they locked me out of my acct when I raised the issue. They were really arrogant and when I said "am I just suppose to move on like I'm not missing $800?" All I got in a response from Doris(I'll remember her name till the day I die bc she mad me so mad) � I won it fair and square. Rich palms is being nothing fair. They weild too much power with nobody above to check them for honesty. That is sad

Hope you are doing great!
We have reviewed the customer with members of our support team and we can confirm that the client has played with the free welcome no deposit bonus: $30.
The bonus comes with wagering bonus x50 and max cash out $50.
I have sent the gaming report of this session to your email. As per Report Data attached, you can see that the customer has played with the bonus. Upon playthrough completion, the exceeding amount, the one above the max cash out, got deducted automatically by the system as per bonus Terms and conditions, so a player could withdraw the winnings.
The customer contacted our Live Support and the agents were trying to assist him - it can be seen in the Chat conversation attached.
Please kindly let us know if you need more details in regards to this case.

Hello Justin,

I was provided your game history and as I can see you played with the free welcome no deposit bonus. I have checked standard promotional terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"No-Deposit Welcome Bonus:

No-Deposit Welcome Bonuses in the amount of $39 or less carry a maximum withdrawal of $50."

Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do in this case, I'm afraid. 

The only thing I can do for you now is to recommend you to be more careful in the future and if you don't understand any point of T&Cs or you aren't sure, please ask the support.

I hope you won't come across similar problems again.
