The player from United States has been experiencing difficulties withdrawing her jackpot winnings. Subsequently, all the funds were played and lost. We rejected this complaint as the funds have been played before we could intervene.
This was Rich Palms casino. I won a $14,000 jackpot. When I went to withdraw some of it, the withdrawal page would not let me. All verification papework was sent prior, to be a VIP on the site. All was accepted and I got the status. I was unsure why I could not withdraw and asked to speak to my account manager. After several days, emails and requests thru chat I got disgusted and played. Of course I lost everything and when my balance was zero my account manager emailed me. I never got the answers to the questions asked and when I go on they will not discuss this with me until I deposit. I have strong doubts that hey ever payout large amounts.
