The player's verification is stuck for unknown reason and is unable to withdraw. The complaint was rejected as the player lost his money.

When exactly did you begin the verification process and when was the last time you had to send them a new document? Did you play with a bonus or real money only?
Please note that it might take up to 14 days for the verification process and the first withdrawal to be processed. If it is ongoing for a shorter period of time, I would only recommend to wait.
