I provided all the details required by law and by the casino disclosure statement . I provided . 3 parts of ID and all passed . I requested a withdrawal of $750 . I provided all my bank details account number & Swift number . My account is not off shore banking . Either way Swift codes provided . Everything was successful up until this point pending . 7 days latter the withdrawal was cancelled . They then asked for a bank statement for my account. I provided my verification provided photo ID proof of address and a current bill . All was approved . Then I provided all my banking details on withdrawal. All was approved . I don't understand why they then required my bank statement . I have sent a dispute to along with there licence number and a claim is in progress for a short fall of money now . My friend refered me to this casino . Shortly after I joined he had problem after problem withdrawing . He gave up and also has a claim in progress with athorites . I've noticed if you withdrawal with bit coin or lit coin you get your request done . But any wired money requested never happens as far as I'm concerned . As I have had 2 Futher friends join and are all experienceing the same this with wired cash withdrawals . They might be able to explain one wrong doing . Deviations from gambling policy / laws . Them having to explain to athorites who draw the lines and make the rules is what will have them in the end . Good luck using this site . It's all good until it's time to withdrawal

Dear Chris,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it were your first withdrawal in this casino?

Please understand that KYC account verification is a very important and essential process, during which casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take few working days completing this thorough procedure. If all the data is correct, there should be no reason for the casino to delay your withdrawal.

Subsequently, it’s quite usual for a withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Please left us know if this advice was helpful or we need to intervene. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Nick
