Hello. There are three pending withdrawals at this casino. One is €424, the other €404 and the other €500. The first two have timed out and the casino has not credited me. The first request was made on 12-31, the second on 01-01 and the third where I am waiting on 01-04. I have made other withdrawals from the casino and had no problem. Also, I was never asked for identification. Please help me because the maximum withdrawals I can make are up to three and up to €500 and also in my casino account I have another €2000 where I want to withdraw them as well.

Good evening. I spoke after the post I made to you. I was assured that the withdrawals would be processed soon. But I am worried because the time of 3 working days has passed at least for the amounts of €424 and €404. Also, I have not been asked for any document for identification. I am available. It's just that I've noticed that large amounts are delayed.. I've made 3 withdrawals of smaller amounts from the casino and I've had no issues with the times. Also, it's coming up to the weekend and I think they're playing tricks on me.

Also, a little while ago I spoke again in the chat with the casino, where one of the interlocutors told me that he does not see the specific withdrawal requests, but only the last €500. then he took it back saying that he made a mistake and that he could not see them because they are being processed. which from my account doesn't seem to be processing...
