The player from United Kingdom has registered an account despite his country was listed between restricted ones. Currently, the account is blocked and withdrawal’s still pending. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hi I deposited 100 euro at this casino, the deposits 25, 25 and 5p. I played starburst and managed to grow my last deposit to 1000 euro, I attempted to with draw and couldn't. I mailed there support and was informed they need verufication documents, I sent all documents requested and awaited verification. I later tried to check ip on verification by logging into my account. I received a message saying " account disabled by administration ". I took no bonuses and when I enquired off chat why my account had been disabled chat were vague and said I should further any questions I have to their e mail support. I requested their licensing details and was told to see the bottom of their home page,,chat was arrogant and I almost felt they were laffing at me,,they hold the ole master license from curoco..Antillephone NV..more or less no protection,, I just want to warn people to tread carefully with this casino as, to me, their conduct has been rogue. I Would appreciate any help the guru might offer.

Since there is no possibility to register an account from a restricted country (see the screenshot below), I would like you to advise which country you have chosen when opening your account.
