So it’s been about 10 days now and they excepted all my documents and now they’re saying I need aesthetic bitcoin wallet and I don’t know what that is and they won’t explain it to me and it takes them at least three days to email me

The casino most likely just asked to create a crypto wallet as it the fastest way to process the payment or maybe other payment methods are currently unavailable. Would you create such a wallet for withdrawal or you would rather prefer other payment method?
Anyway, we always recommend to every player to wait at least 14 days before they would start even to worry about their withdrawal. The time frame given by the casino is in most cases the time to process it within the casino - still many steps for the finalization of the payment.
