Despite initially being told to wait 5 business days, casino customer service later said it would take 10 days for the deposits to be processed. Hi, the amount of 45 dollars in split in 2 different deposits. 25 and 20 dollars. I deposited 25 dollars on the 22/05/2024. The casino told me that I must wait 5 business days before they can go further. The date is now the 30/05/2024 making it 6 days if you take away 2 days for the weekend. I just finished chatting with their customer service department and they now tell me it's a 10 day wait.


I made a 20 dollar deposit yesterday 29/05/2024 and although I have not waited the 5 days for that money to be refunded I fear the same result will occur with that deposit.


Odd fact about the deposits is that I had deposited 5-10mins before and after these failed deposit attempts and I had no issue.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
