I made a deposit of 35 euro and played for hours i was quite lucky even had more than 1000 euro on my balance. When i reached 400 euro I decided to withdrawel. They denied my withdrawel. They said i bet with 5 euro and that was not allowed. I remember the moment this happened and it was an accident after two or three spins i noticed i was on a 5 euro bet and i quickly put it back to 1 or 2 euro. I also did not win anything on these 5 euro bets. I feel they are misusing there terms for their own benefit. They rule is used to not make huge bets hoping to get lucky and then play it out. I did not do that. Please help i always use your site for referrals already more than 20 times.

Was this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account verified? Are you able to access your betting history where it is visible whether they were winnings or losing bets?

I've checked your e-mail and went through the screenshots. Unfortunately, based on that, there isn't anything that we would be able to do. The casino has done everything by their terms - which you agreed to during registration. They have also refunded your deposit as it is done after breaching bonus terms.

I'm really sorry that we could not help you more with this specific case but feel free to contact us in the future if you will come across any other trouble.

I also recommend to be careful when playing with bonuses and read all the casino terms and conditions, as not every casino has an implemented system for blocking restricted actions as country, max bet, restricted games - and it may cause troubles when trying to withdraw.
