I would like to say again what happens. So, on 31.06.2023 i deposited on RANT casino, i didn't accept any bonus offers, nothing. After a while i came to a win of 7000€ and have done verification, they asked me to deliver bank statement and ID with a selfie photo, and that's okay, after that i learned in their tearms and conditions that they do widrawal within 48 hours, i asked a couple of times is there going to be any problems and they said no, that they have a lot of customers and i will have to wait, i asked for how long and they didn't know what to tell me.. i was starting to get suspicious, today i asked for my widrawal again, and then they sent me on Email that they need copy of my credit card, i sent them the copy of card, unfortunately my card is old and used and my signature is gone, but i can sign it whenever i want so I had to sign it and send them again, then they told me my digits on the front side are not visible (that is a lie) i zoomed the card everything is very visible even to a blind human being. Then i send again, now my back side is not the same ( like it is not the same card) and that was very funny because i own only one card for now.. and then they sent me mails on witch i can't attach nothing, after that i asked again on live chat and then they told me that i have to wait 48 hours so their team can look it up, i expect the same answer from them unfortunately and if a month pases by they will ban my account and i find this outrageous how can you take money so easily, but on the other hand when people win something they have to go through horor and drama to get their fairly earns.. i don't understand and I'm very scared currently that i will lose my winnings.. I'm hoping that someone can help me from casino Guru so we can solve this matter. I'm so sorry that they are so complicated and are willing to do everything so you don't get your money, completely opposite from other casinos i have played.. i really hope to hear from you soon..
