However, the disputed amount of the complaint was set up for 140,000 INR, which, if I understand correctly, the user claimed was his balance.

Can you please clarify it in more detail? What should the disputed amount of 140,000 INR represent? Is it only a mistake, and we are talking only about the withdrawal of 12,640 INR, which was marked as "approved" in the user's account but was not paid but the funds were confiscated (and recently restored), and that besides the withdrawal in question, there was no other pending withdrawal(s) or nothing more than his balance of approximately 157 INR?

Most likely there is a mistake in the indicated amount.

As stated earlier, after withdrawing all your funds, your account will be blocked, yesterday you successfully withdrew your entire balance at 2025-03-16 14:21:39 after which your account was blocked.


Although the provider asked us to cut your winnings, we went ahead and returned your winnings and warned you that after the withdrawal of your funds, the account will be blocked.

Access to sports betting was limited to you by the bet provider, so we decided to suspend cooperation with you and notified you of this decision in advance. All your deposits and winnings you successfully withdrew.

Since you received your money back, I would not consider it a waste of time at all.

  • It was basically a sports betting-related issue, which is a kind of issue we even currently do not handle; if the casino had not decided to restore your winnings and let you withdraw your balance, and it had provided us with the relevant evidence supporting the accusation on the provider's side related to only a sports betting matter, we would have probably closed/rejected the case for such a reason, and you would not have received anything from the confiscated funds; it looks like it was only a goodwill gesture on the casino's side to let you withdraw the disputed funds
  • The casino has the right to close any account at any time, without providing a reason, and we completely accept such a decision if the remaining balance is paid in full - which happened here
  • The casino fulfilled all obligations toward you by paying your winnings in full, so no funds were left in your gaming account; therefore, we consider the matter successfully resolved

Based on the above-stated, I will now mark your complaint as 'resolved' in our system. Do not hesitate to contact us in the future if you run into any issues with this or any other casino. We are here to help.

If you would like to take the case further due to compensation, I recommend you turn to the regulator or ADR. Although it took longer, the casino restored and paid out your funds despite the provider's recommendation to confiscate them. Therefore, at this point, there is already nothing we can do to help you with your request for compensation.
