Hi,


On Nov 18th 2024, I had requested for 200k cash gift and you had given me a 5k cash gift only.


In a review reply dated Nov 18th, 2024 on Trustpilot, you had informed me that I will get a larger Cash Gift if activity increases.


So I increased my activity since then, from 1 loyalty level to 30 level, from 700 loyalty points to 33k loyalty points and 80k deposits, since November 18th.


I requested my Manager for a 20k gift few days ago, at first she said she is trying her best for a positive response (on a message). I waited for 2 days and then yesterday she said she doesn't have the ability to provide.


Can I get a gift for 20k pls?

I have shared a screenshot that shows i was promised a large cash gift on 18th Nov. Which I have not received yet. Am not asking for 200k gift so pls change that. Am asking for a 15k or 20k gift.

While it does mention a higher cash gift, there are no specific terms and conditions included that detail when or under what circumstances you would receive this bonus.
