they say your account is now banned permanently and not going to unbanned because of terms and conditions violation when i asked them can you please mention which terms i broke they say that they cannot reveal.. they are fraud theu didn't pay you when you win big

Sumbul143 we are very grateful that you took the time to fill in this complaint. We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with Rajbet Casino. It is very important for us to receive feedback from our players in order to improve the service we provide and satisfy our players at the highest level.

Please, note that this account was blocked due to sports bonus abuse and creating multiple accounts. It never had and does not have 3.7 million rubles. The overall deposit statistics are 22,143 INR and the player has made a profit of 52,507 rupees which has been successfully withdrawn. The player has been left with one account to place sports bets, and the use of other accounts is restricted. We are unable to confirm any information regarding the blocking of 3.7 million rupees.
