The player from India had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. The player had also faced issues with KYC verification, which had been pending for more than 6 days despite her submitting all necessary documents. Meanwhile, the player has lost all of the remaining balance in her account. She expressed her concerns and suspicions about the casino intentionally delaying the verification process, we transferred her complaint to a colleague. Shortly after, the player confirmed that her account had been verified. We then marked the complaint as resolved.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

It's been already 6 days since I've submitted Documents for KYC verification. The documents that I've submitted are:

1. Government Identity card front and back (Aadhar card)

2. Selfie as asked

3. Bank Account Statement

They've still not approved my KYC verification.

I've waited 6 days already and as you've mentioned to wait for 8 more days, I'll wait for that. Please consider this case seriously to solve after this time period.

I want to change the subject of this complaint to:

"KYC VERIFICATION PENDING SINCE MANY DAYS AND WITHDRAWAL NOT HAPPENING"

No. Winnings exhausted. But, KYC verification is still showing as Pending. I would like to know how many more days will they take to verify

It seems intentional from Rajabets that they are delaying verification process till we finish all out winnings. I want my account to be verified anyways
