I have uploaded the required documents for Rajabets to do kyc verification, its been 19 days and still the status is waiting. I expecting you to intervene here to check the status as live chat is not giving me the right information.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Yes, my main problem is kyc verification and withdrawal amount. I upload the documents on 14.04.2024. I have attached the screenshot for your reference as well. Every time Rajabets live chat say we don't have any timeline for kyc verification. Till now even after 19 days verification status is showing waiting. I have upload required documents. I have submitted my Aadhaar Card front and back pictures & selfie. Plz sir, clear my kyc verification and withdrawal amount.
