Hello sir

I have started playing on Rajabets from last 2 Months. In starting everything was alright, but when i won big amount in the casino they started asking me for my documents for kyc process.

I have uploaded my documents on 21st August and the documents were (Id card Front, Back and Electricity Bill). Its been More than 3 weeks since i uploaded the documents but they are still on waiting.

None of my documents are approved yet, all are on waiting state. And i am asking on Customer support everyday but not getting any proper reply from them.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Yesterday my kyc verification will be rejected only two document government id front back is approved then I uploaded selfie and bank statement please tell rajabets that please approve document on urgent basis because I waiting for kyc Last 4 weeks and I am in critical condition. Please help

Which documents were rejected by the casino and why, did they specify it? Could you forward the rejected ones to nikolas.b@casino.guru?

I would like to point out that every party have 7 days to respond and spamming with post won't make it faster.

filei have uploaded my I'd card front and back on 21 August.

they were successfully approved on 12 Sept.

but after that they were asking for selfie and bank statement

I have uploaded them too, but they are not approved yet and are on waiting state only

I am wondering why kyc process taking soo much time.

I am Waiting for my kyc to be done from last 1 month

but it is still not approved fully.

please help me on this matter so that my kyc will be done Asap.

I was provided with evidence supporting the casino's decision. Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information, we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions and bonus terms and conditions - multiple accounts and using the bonuses which you normally wouldn't have been allowed to get. The casino acted correctly and within its terms and conditions.
