The player from India has tried to verify her account but has not received any clear response for 10 days. The player has provided a bank statement not belonging to the player therefore the casino has closed the account and refunded the deposits. Due to this we have rejected the complaint.

I have submitted my documents 10 days ago for verification they are not replying they send same message again And again that your docs are in queue we can't tell the time. It's been 10 days not a single update yet.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

Yes I have provided all docs within 24 hours .i provided everything they asked moreover they aren't even replying what is the update on it .so if they need any additional doc I am ready to provide that . But their support team always says we don't have specific time your docs in a queue. I don't understand since nearly 15 days they are saying same thing it's half month.

They didn't ask for bank statement and I didn't made withdrawl yet . First they ask for I'd card I submitted it they took 15-20 days to verify then they asked me selfie I submitted it it's still in pending state since 16 days . And here they said the bank statement issue I don't understand what this fraud casino trying to do

The Bank Statement that you uploaded on 07/09/2023 at 13:04:49 does not match the withdrawal request. Hence your verification has failed. You will be able to withdraw your 1220 INR of the last deposit as a refund. After you make your withdrawal your Rajabets account will be terminated.

I am sorry by mistake I uploaded my husband bank statement don't do this to me ..you have cancelled all the winning from my account . And I am not able to withdraw anything on withdraw page it's still asking for complete verification.

After 60 days of hard work I just made a single mistake by sending wrong document and you have cancelled my whole funds what a fraud casino service it is wow.
