As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

My account is Inactivated without any reason by Rajabets Casino.
2 Months ago I was referred to Rajabets by one of my friends Named KB.
He told me about Rajabets that it is a very good betting website.
In starting i lost around 18-20k In rajabets, but one day i deposited 6000rs in my account and with that amount i made 1 lakh rs after that rajabet asked me for my documents for kyc,
I successfully provided them my documents.
While my kyc is in waiting state, I continued to play with my 1 lakh rs that i won and while playing i made 30 Lakh rs from 1 Lakh.
But my kyc was still in waiting.
After 22 Days My id card Was successfully approved by rajabets but then they asked for selfie and bank statement of mine.
I uploaded them too
But today i got to know that my account is Inactivated because i broke casinos terms and conditions by making multiple accounts.
And the reason they game me Is that KB is motivating me to place my bets in improper manner which they Call Risky bet.
But how can this be a valid reason I dont understand.
and even KB not told me anything or we have not done any fraud with the casino.
I just played very fair by placing my bet on Roulette The way of betting was I cover up 2 Columns Out of 3.
Is this a Risky bet you tell me sir??
And KB And Me Are not a single person nor he Motivated me to play like this.
This is my Personal Way to play.
Rajabets is not even giving me proof that i have breached the terms and conditions.They just Inactivated my account.
I have complained about my pending kyc in Casino Guru before, In which rajabets asked for the moderator's personal email. They sent an email to Your moderator after that my account is Inactivated and my complaint was rejected. And i was not informed about anything and any proof is not given to me that i have breached any rule.
I am in very big trouble now.
