The player from India had their identity verified on May 8, 2024, but subsequent bank statement verification was still pending since May 9, 2024. Meanwhile, the player's account was inactivated, holding an amount of INR 671,361.00, and they were only refunded their last deposit. The player sought clarity on the account termination and resolution. After reviewing the evidence provided by the casino, it was determined that the player had breached the casino's terms and conditions by creating multiple accounts or being a part of collusion and using prohibited tactics in a live multiplayer game. Therefore, the complaint was closed as unjustified.

Dear Casinoguru.com Team,

My Identity proof and selfie were finally they have Verified and approved on 08-May-2024 after so many requests. Just on that day again Rajabets Online Chat persons suggested uploading three months' Bank statements for deposit and for withdrawal accounts. I uploaded my three months Bank account statements downloaded pdf format on 09-May-2024 and checked with Rajabets online chat options. They are suggesting it will happen as per policy than I sent email ID of Rajabets: Rajabets support@rajabets.com on 19th May and 21st May 2024. Still I have not received the replay over the email and the Bank Statements documents verification Status "Waiting" since 09th May 2024.


It’s my humble request to Casinoguru.com Team as well as Rajabets Team to verify my Bank statement documents and allow me to play freely on Rajabets.


As of now amount held with Rajabets Casino INR- 671,361.00.


15-June-2024 Saturday evening I have checked my Rajabets Casino login page to check the verification status and the login page itself showing my Account is inactivated. Screenshot attached for the proof.

Could you please check with Rajabets Casino on What terms and conditions have violated with Rajabets Casino. Can you ask for the proof and please update on this matter. I had 6,71,361.00 INR in Rajabets Account and now they are refunding me my Last deposit only. Could you please check the terms and conditions which i violated and please update me on this matter.

I am extremely disappointed with Rajabets Casino decision to terminated my account and would like to know more information for the same.

1. Could you please advise how long were you a player of the casino and when exactly your account was blocked? 

Answer: I have started playing Rajabets Casino from 08-Jan-2024 to 15-June-2024, and i have tried to logging Rajabets Casino on 15-June-2024 evening then i have seen and not able to login my account as its an Error " Account Inactivated" (Screenshot Attached.

2. How did the casino inform you about your account being blocked? 

Answer: Rajabets Casino did not informed me that the casino has been blocked, once i chatted with Rajabets customer support on 15-june-2024 than only simply they told that you have violated the Rajabets Terms and Conditions, once i requested continuously on the same chat than simply they are telling your account Inactivated and not telling the reasons what i have violated the Rajabets T&C.

3. What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, betting on sports) 

Answer: Live Game Name is : Super Andar Bahar (Live games)

4. Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus? 

Answer: No that Balance i have played with my Last Deposited Amount 50,000 INR on 16-Apr-2024.

5. Could you please share the communication from the casino in which the casino informs you that only your deposits will be returned? Send emails or chat  transcripts to my email at tomas@casino.guru, or post screenshots here

Answer: Yes i get to know through the Rajabets Online support Chat option and Chat screen shot attached here with Reply.

I was in contact with the casino representative outside the thread, and I was provided with sufficient evidence supporting its decision.

After reviewing all the necessary information and details, we are closing this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - multiple accounts/collusion with another casino account and engaging prohibited tactics in the game you mentioned above (live, multiplayer), which gave you an unfair advantage in accumulating winnings. For understandable reasons, I will not disclose further details - to not give a manual on how to avoid being detected by this or other online casinos in the future or to not reveal the casino's ways of detecting such activities.

The casino acted correctly and in accordance with its terms and conditions.

If you are not satisfied with the complaint solution, I recommend you consult the gambling authority that the casino is regulated by. In case of any questions, feel free to write to me at branislav.b@casino.guru.
