Dear Sumon1234, I have just received the last information from the casino representative. Based on all the documentation we managed to get from the casino, there are a few indications of fraudulent activity from your side. So the whole issue wasn't caused by your documents, but you were suspected of opposite betting therefore the casino blocked your account. After reviewing the provided materials, I can agree that the casino acted following its terms and conditions (https://rajabets.com/en/pages/terms-and-conditions), according to which engagement in fraudulent activity is forbidden (10.4. Collusion, Cheating, Fraud And Criminal Activity).

Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
