The casino offers 14 daily free spins for 7 days following a deposit of $30 or more with a max cashout of $100. On this bonus, I won met all wagering requirements and requested cashout on 3/14/2023. At that time I already had a pending withdrawal of $2,500 from winning off my deposited balance, which was requested on 3/11/2023 and not approved until 3/28/2023, 12 full business days, which as you can see below is 5 business days past their T&Cs stated timeframe. Also, payment was not sent/received until 4/12/2023 a full 15 business days from the date of approval, again another 5 business days past their T&Cs stated timeframe.


Approval of Withdrawals

  1. All withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the Casino before being sent for payment.
  2. All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request.
  3. A maximum of $2,500 will be approved per pay period. Ineligible requests will be denied within that time frame.
  4. Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval. A maximum of $2,500 will be sent per week. All balances will be sent the following week(s). This amount may vary due to processor limitations.
  5. Please be aware since this is an international transaction, your bank and/or other banks involved may charge additional currency conversion and processing fees.


Per casino chat support once the above-mentioned $2,500 payout was completed by funds being sent, which happened on 4/12/2023 my $100 pending withdrawal request would immediately be approved. Now 6 days later and after two visits to chat support it sits still in a pending status and even once approved I'm sure I will be forced to wait another full 10 business days if not longer to actually have the payment sent/received.


I wish I could say this is the first time I experienced these types of withdrawal delays but sadly it is not and the most extremely frustrating part of it all is how they blow up your inbox with claims of faster payouts for Bitcoin depositors, claiming 90% paid within 24 hours, which in my experience has been complete and total BS. Even using the Coindraw option was seeing 3 to 7 days on multiple occasions instead of the 24 hours it clearly stated on the request submitted confirmation page. Also, this payout option as well as every other casino benefit was stripped from me on almost every other RTG casino I play, including but not limited to free daily spins for depositors, every promo code I've tried since, and slightly faster payout timeframes. Why? Because I actually won a decent amount instead of strictly feeding their profit line.


This is unreasonable in my opinion and bad business if the idea is to have loyal returning players.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi, as of 4/18/2023 at 11:54 PM CST, the withdrawal request is still in the same pending status. When speaking with chat support previously the claim was my other withdrawal approved but not paid at the time was holding up the approval of the $100 request and once payout on the approved withdrawal was sent the current pending request could then move to an approved status. The payout was received on 4/12/2023 yet my pending status has not yet changed. I have visited chat support twice in those 6 days to be told it was being escalated to the appropriate team but still, nothing changes.


The casino has not made any indication of an internal system issue and considering I was stripped of every other casino benefit, I would assume that they are simply delaying the payout. I won over $12,000, have withdrawn around $7,000, and canceled withdrawals playing back into the casino around $5,000 dealing with delays in payout at every step with this being the longest thus far.

10 business days will be Thursday and my withdrawal method is Bitcoin so it should only be a matter of minutes to receive funds once they are sent. Unfortunately, I don't expect to receive anything by Thursday instead I expect to have to contact support Friday to escalate. Sadly, I've had to deal with this more than once.

I did receive notification of a pending deposit from my Coinbase account at 8:30 this morning. However, 8.5 hours later that deposit still shows as pending with zero confirms. I have never had this happen to me with any other transaction. Interesting


I also received the below email 3 minutes after the notification of the pending deposit yet the email states that my withdrawal is being reviewed and it may take 5 to 7 days. This being sent for a withdrawal that has already been approved and was just waiting on payment. I'm confused kinda

Jenc828, I am suggesting that funds will make it to your account in the near future. This is the information I have found on the Coinbase website. Most likely, the withdrawal from the casino/deposit into your Coinbase account had been made by bank transfer, so it could take a little bit of time.
