The player from Indiana had been waiting for a withdrawal since February 2024, which was approved by the casino in March 2024. Despite assurances from live chat support that the withdrawal was being escalated, the player hadn't received his funds. After the player received a partial payment, the casino representative had explained that the remaining amount was deducted due to non-cashable bonuses used by the player. The player disputed this, but the casino had provided evidence supporting their claim. We, the Complaints Team, concluded that the player had been paid in full and rejected the complaint.

I initially submitted my withdrawal request on February 28th of 2024 . It later received manager approval by the casino March 11th 2024. Since I’ve waited the 7-10 business days for withdrawal I have continued to contact live chat support where I have been told that they are sorry for the delay and will "escalate" the withdrawal. Multiple times days apart. They tell me they have escalated the withdrawal and to come back in 48 hours to check on an update. I have deposited hundreds of dollars into this website and it looks as if they have a refusal to pay problem apparently unknown to me at the time of my initial deposits

I don’t know exactly when I became fully verified . But, it has been at least several months I won with real money . I spoke to live chat yesterday and they told me that they have escalated my withdrawal but they also told me that Monday and the previous Friday they told me that by Monday I would most likely receive my money. And to contact them if I didn’t . They keep kicking the can down the road and it worries me that i might not receive my funds. they advertise fast withdrawals. If they honored this I think it would be a much better business model. I prefer their website and games but lack of paid winnings is obviously not acceptable… Definitely didn’t expect a problem with them because the people I communicated with from raging bull have generally been nice and "understanding"

Greetings all,


I had a look and the withdrawal request was based on two separate wins on two separate deposits, both using a 300% deposit coupon with a bonus amount of $360 on the first and $345 on the second. These were then combined into a single withdrawal request of $1700 by the player. Deposit coupons are amazing and give our players a significant advantage in terms of playtime and chance to win however the bonus funds themselves are non-cashable and are removed on approval of the requested withdrawal. In this case they totalled $705. A manager approval is (generally speaking) non-cashable funds being removed from the closed system which can only be done at a managerial level, thus the term. It is not an approved withdrawal unfortunately.


The total withdrawable amount for the requested withdrawal has been paid in full, I hope this clarifies things.

With all do respect. That is incorrect . My Initial withdrawal request was for 400$. I was told I was to meet the minimum of 445$ to meet the 100$ minimum. So, I cancelled my request for the withdrawal and then played to a 600+$ request . I then canceled the request again and ran it to 1,700$ and then submitted the request. The bonus was used once. And the amount I should have received in total is 1,355$. There weren’t two separate bonus’s used to reach 1,700$. It was …. And to say otherwise is a lie
