Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your withdrawal problem. I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.ragingbullslots.com/terms.php:


"Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal amount from any No Deposit Bonus is 1 time the face value of the bonus, with a minimum of $100. All free chips valued below $50 will come with a cash-out limit of no more than, nor less than, $100."


Do I understand correctly that your winnings have been accumulated solely from a Free/No Deposit bonus? Were your winnings canceled completely or capped/reduced according to a maximum cash-out rule?

Yes I won using a no deposit bonus but I’m a depositer to this casino. But yes the winnings of 2500 are soulfully from a no deposit bonus. The didn’t take the winnings they are still pending my withdrawal and I met all play back requirements. It said available withdrawalable ballance 2500 dollars witch is what the max withdrawal was. I put in for it and they said I couldn’t have it. I’ve done nothing wrong

Please understand that it is highly unusual to let a player whose account has been blocked previously open a brand new account. If you haven't received permission from the casino and you registered a duplicate account just to be able to redeem a Free Bonus it might have been considered as a serious violation of casino terms and conditions. Are you absolutely positive that you've communicated this possibility with the casino beforehand?

Could you please advise if you are absolutely positive that you communicated the possibility of opening another account with the casino beforehand since it is highly unusual for any casino to allow a player whose account has been blocked previously to register a new one?

I fully understand your frustration and disappointment, but if you wish to proceed with this complaint, you need to refrain from using foul language. Hey all,


You are most definitely banned Knode75. Please understand that only one account per casino per household is allowed, you have many accounts. Please also understand that only one free chip is valid between deposits. Of the tens of thousands of dollars in consecutive free chips you have received in your many many accounts I can't even locate one single deposit.


It's also worth noting that just because there are ways of tricking the automated system into giving you multiple accounts or multiple free chips it doesn't mean there's any good reason to do so. There is no way to get paid from it, ever... You're far better off keeping a clean account and playing for fun in practice mode as ultimately the results will be the same for you financially if you win. And at least if you decide at some point you'd like to play and win for real you will still have the opportunity to deposit, play, win, get paid, and collect the plethora of legal bonuses we provide to our depositing players.


All of our automated systems are reviewed and supported by highly skilled human beings. A real live human being reviews every withdrawal request and thoroughly screens every player who requests that withdrawal individually, every single one. If the rules of the casino or the bonus haven't been followed the requested withdrawal is denied. If there is obvious intentional abuse of the system as in your case, the player is banned.
