I requested withdrawal on 11/28/23 and got it approved on 12/18/23. Iv contacted VIP support via the whatsapp number and was told many times the correct department was notified of my withdrawal and it was escalated, moat recently on 1/4/24. I was told around that time that I should receive my withdrawal withing 24-48 hours which was 5 or 6 days ago now. All my documents are submitted and accurate as I received 2-3 withdrawals just prior to this requested and haven't been told I need to submit anything just told not to worry and that I'll receive my withdrawal soon. I also Made sure they have my correct BTC address. I waited as long as I could before contacted casinoguru for support. 11/28/23 was a long time ago. Hopefully you guys can help move things along. My account was fully verified last summer I believe and didn't use a bonus and When I do I only use the no rules bonuses. And I never wager over $8 as I believe some of their bonuses Have a $10 max bet so I don't chance it either way. And I have talked to them through the V. I. P. WhatsApp number 2 to 3 times per week sometimes more for the last three weeks. Everytime being told that my withdrawal Has been escalated with a proper team And that I will receive my withdrawal shortly. I was also told that my withdrawal was finally approved on December 18th 2023. And that on january 4th of this year that my that the proper team was notified and my withdrawals escalated and that I should receive it within 24-48 hours. They respond right away when I contact them through the WhatsApp VIP number. But they always just tell me the same thing that my withdrawal has been escalated with the proper team And not to worry I will be receiving my payment soon.
