The player from California has been waiting for a withdrawal approval for three weeks despite completing the verification process. He used a no wager, deposit bonus in BTC but gets repetitive responses from live support that the issue is being escalated. After we contacted the casino representative, they shared the proof that the money was paid out to the player, however the player found out that there's been problems with their wallet provider. We closed the complaint as per the player's request.

I want $2500 and I was already verified. I used a no wager bonus, but it was a deposit bonus. I did it in BTC. They told me they had 7 to 10 business days to approve the withdrawal after the 10 days they said that it needed to be escalated and they said contacting another 72 hours and they’ve been doing the same thing to me for the last three weeks. My withdrawal still not approved and it still has the date 8/6/2023 the money was already taken out of my account after I asked for the withdrawal I’m just getting the runaround from them every time I talk to live support they just say it’s been escalated and wait 72 hours

They approved my withdrawal on 8/28 I believe so I’m just waiting for it to land in my btc wallet they say 7 to 10 buisness daysfile

Hey all,


I can only confirm that payment was made to the Bitcoin address provided by you and Blockchain Explorer shows the transaction as complete sanchezmoisesg888. I can also see the funds are still in your wallet and have yet to be withdrawn, hopefully you can work things out with your wallet provider. Once the funds are disbursed via Bitcoin there is no way to retrieve or cancel them from our end, you will need to work with your wallet provider until you receive them. There is no further action we can take on your behalf I'm afraid.
