The player from Australia requested a withdrawal four months prior to submitting this complaint. Once the casino was involved in the thread and was informed about the player's issue, the problem moved forward quite quickly. The player received his payment approximately 5 months after the withdrawal request was made. The complaint is resolved.

Hi so I have won $2500 on carnival room casino and I have been waiting since the 1st of February 2022 for my withdrawal...have spoke with them every couple of days with same response over and over again(just be patient your withdrawal will be processed very soon) I'm getting very frustrated now as I have waited long enough I think?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise if it has been your first withdrawal in this casino? Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but four months is abnormally long time.

Nevertheless, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi I have made withdrawals through this casino before and yes they paid and didn't have to wait long to receive it..but over 4 months now I have waited patiently and just getting told the same crap over and over and no withdrawal...I don't think I'll play back at this casino again now

We have an approval already and in theory it should be going out for payment tomorrow. Once payment has been made to our 3rd party payment providers it is generally 3 to 10 business days on delivery but yes, that is what is implied.
